GABA tea is prepared using a special oxygen-free fermentation which allows large amount of GABA to accumulate in tea leaves. It may help to relax and focus*. Our teas grow on certified biological tea farms in Taiwan. No matter if you brew cold or hot, these smooth teas are a natural source for GABA and antioxidants as well. Moreover, they taste much better than GABA supplement in a pill.
“Oolong tea consumption led to a significant decrease in the immediate stress score and a significant improvement in heart rate variability (HRV). We conclude that autonomic imbalance and HRV in people with acute stress is significantly reduced following a cup of GABA fortified oolong tea and highlights the complex interaction between autonomic nervous system function and mood.”
