How to Prepare
HOT BREW
| Tea Amount | Water | Temperature | Steeping Time |
| ≈ 3 to 4 tsp | 8 FL OZ | 175°F | 5 to 7 minutes |
You can re-brew the same leaves 2 or 3 times. If you re-brew, then increase brewing time.
COLD BREW
Steep tea in cold water in the refrigerator for 4–6 hours. Strain and enjoy. Steep longer for a stronger cup.
